Michael J. Alexander

Michael Alexander is President of Broadridge Wealth Solutions, with leadership responsibility for Broadridge’s market-leading Wealth Management business that uniquely addresses Wealth Management firms’ need to transform their technology and business models. Prior to joining Broadridge, Mike was Senior Vice President of Operations at Charles Schwab. Mike held senior operations management positions at Pershing, Smith Barney and Shearson Lehman Brothers. Mike is currently a member of the SIFMA Operations and Technology Steering Committee, the FINRA Operations Advisory Committee and serves on the advisory board for TIFIN. He has served as a member of the SIA Operations Committee where he was named Chairman in 2006, SIA DMD Executive Board, DTCC Operation Advisory Committee and SIFMA Private Client Operations Committee. Mike received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Hofstra University. Mike and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married for 30 years. They have two children.
