Laura Long is Deputy General Counsel, Mergers & Acquisition at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.  Laura joined PNC in 2006 and was named Deputy General Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in 2014, with primary legal oversight over M&A, alternative investments and corporate reorganizations. Laura’s role was subsequently expanded to include primary legal responsibility for PNC’s corporate securities and disclosure activities as well as incentive compensation, employee benefits, realty services and vendor contracts.

Prior to PNC, Laura was Corporate Counsel for Bingham McCutchen in Los Angeles, where she handled corporate transactions, private and public equity transactions, securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions as well as SEC disclosure.  Prior to Bingham McCutchen, Laura worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, also in Los Angeles.

Laura earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. (Political Science) from Illinois State University.
