Ed Rosenblatt, currently Assistant General Counsel, Executive Director at Wells Fargo, has over 25 years of legal experience in the financial services industry.  During his career, Ed has worked in-house, in private practice and as a regulator. He has extensive experience representing banks, broker-dealers, RIAs, and insurance companies. Ed’s primary areas of focus have been regulatory, enforcement, investigations, and compliance matters. Ed is recognized as a thought leader serving on dozens of industry panels and testifying as an expert in numerous criminal trials. He has prior experience working at an Am Law 50 firm, one of the largest insurance companies in the world, and in FINRA’s Enforcement and Market Regulation Departments.
