Pamela Brow

Pamela J. Brow is Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Head of Regulatory Relations at Citizens Financial Group (CFG).  In this role, Pam leads the Regulatory & Enterprise legal team, which provides enterprise-level counsel and advice on U.S. bank and bank holding company regulations.  The team focuses on new business activities; investments and acquisitions; the financial regulatory agenda; capital issues; living wills and Volcker Rule requirements; preparing U.S. bank regulatory applications; serving as CFG’s liaison with its U.S. bank regulators; and managing the related examination and supervision activities.

Pam has also held several senior roles in Risk Management and Compliance, including, the Head of Risk Policy and Governance, where she streamlined and transformed CFG’s risk governance structure and was instrumental in developing the new policy framework as an essential evolution towards separation from RBS Group and in line with heightened standards.

Pam received her J.D. from Roger Williams School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island and her B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island.
