Grayson Blair

Grayson is an accomplished, award-winning servant leader with 25 years of combined experiences within consulting and financial services and co-leads the U.S. Consumer Banking Practice at Sia Partners. He specializes in financial services distribution, operational excellence, organizational change management, and complex technology integration. In addition, he helps clients develop new strategies and tactics to increase revenue, optimize operational costs, improve compliance, and leverage technology investments.

Over his career, Grayson has helped Fortune 100 companies improve service excellence across the front, middle, and back office including the client contact center environment.  From large-scale merger integrations to company rebranding to Fintech platform migrations, Grayson provides expertise, advice, and hands-on program delivery to achieve the right client outcomes.

Grayson graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.A./double-major in Political Science and Psychology.  He is a current board member for the U.T. Department of Psychology’s Alumni Affairs group and past Vice-Chair for the Montreat Conference Center, the largest conference center in the United States serving the Presbyterian church.
