Samantha Tice

Samantha is a partner in PwC’s National Office specializing in accounting for financial instruments. She spent most of her career at PwC in the New York Banking and Capital Markets audit practice, focusing on broker dealers and other financial services companies, both domestic and international. She was a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) leading projects on fair value, hedge accounting and reference rate reform. Samantha in a CPA licensed in New York and New Jersey.
