Alexis Hall

Senior Regulatory Counsel,, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

Alexis Hall serves as Senior Special Counsel in the Technology Controls Program of the Division of Examinations at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  In this capacity she provides regulatory guidance in connection to the Commission’s oversight of the use of technology in the U.S. securities markets.  Prior to joining the Commission, she served as Special Counsel in the Division of Market Oversight at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.  In that role, Alexis focused on the regulation of futures exchanges and swap execution facilities.   Alexis received her J.D. from Howard University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Maryland.
