Manny Rossman

Manny Rossman is a partner at Harbinger Strategies with two decades of experience in the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, and in private practice representing a diverse group of Fortune 100 companies and major business trade association interests before the Congress and the Administration.  Before co-founding Harbinger Strategies Manny served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Senate Republican Whip, first for Senator Trent Lott, and then for Senator Jon Kyl.   Manny specializes in tax and financial services policy, as well as legislative process and strategy.
