
David Goldberg
David is a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman in New York City, where he represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of securities litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. Before joining Katten in July 2013, David served as an Executive Director at UBS, where he managed complex securities litigations and regulatory matters for UBS’s Investment Bank and Wealth Management unit. Between 1995 and 2002, David served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he was presented with the John Marshall Award, among the highest honors given by the U.S. Department of Justice, by Attorney General Janet Reno. During his tenure as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, David tried numerous complex cases to verdict and engaged in extensive appellate advocacy before the U.S. Court of Appeals. He began his legal career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
