Molly Ford

Molly Ford serves as the Communications and Media Compliance Officer for Stephens Inc., coordinating efforts surrounding the supervision and retention of electronic communications. Mrs. Ford works with business units across the firm to identify and mitigate the risk posed by new applications, communication platforms, and social media. She is a member of the Data Mapping Task Force and works closely with Legal, Cyber, and IT on new and existing system integrations. A summa cum laude graduate of Harding University, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Mrs. Ford sits on the Governance Committee of Stephens’s INVESTED initiative for advancing the success of women and participated in its inaugural mentorship program. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and holds her SIE and Series 7 licenses.
