Allison Bishop

Allison Bishop is the Head of the Early Dispute Resolution and Legal Business Management at LPL Financial. The Early Dispute Resolution group focuses on customer disputes and pre-litigation matters associated with the purchase of Securities products. Prior to joining LPL Financial, Allison was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch providing support to Advisors and Field Management in the Advisor Development Group. Allison served as a Regulator at the New York Stock Exchange (FINRA) holding positions in Litigation, Enforcement and Risk Assessment. She also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for NYSE Euronext, which combined to operate several securities exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange, Euronext and NYSE Arca. Allison served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City in both the Trial and Investigation divisions. She is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA and the Maurice Dean School of Law at Hofstra University.
