John Petrillo
Currently the Chief Auditor for Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) at Deutsche Bank, John is responsible for global audit coverage of the AFC function, and for supporting financial crimes risk coverage across the bank. Prior, John was Chief Auditor for Compliance, covering Regulatory Compliance, Trade Surveillance, Compliance Testing & Assurance, and Incident Investigations.
From 2005 through 2015, John was focused on product audit coverage, holding Audit Manager positions across Equities, Foreign Exchange, Pool Trading, and Commodities businesses. Prior to 2005, John held various equity trading roles in the 1LOD until transitioning to internal audit.
He holds an MBA from Fordham University with a dual concentration in Accounting & Finance, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (CMIIA) and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 registrations.
