Kai Schrimpf is currently a Managing Director – Global Head of Monitoring and Screening Controls at Morgan Stanley.

In his current role he is responsible for the operations and transformation of all Global Financial Crimes Monitoring and Screening tools.

Over the last 25 years Kai has held various roles within Financial Crimes Programs for Global Financial Institutions including Global Head of Transaction Monitoring, Forensic investigations, Rapid response teams as well as Data Steward and Functional Architect across all FCC pillars.
