Robert Doster

Rob Doster is the Global Head of Middle Office and Trade Operations at TD Securities. He is responsible for driving the strategy to modernize and create operational capabilities for the Global Markets business.  His team achieves this by deploying new technologies and reengineering workflows to streamline operational processing across asset classes.

Prior to his role at TDS, Rob held several senior leadership roles across Finance, Middle Office, and Operations at Bank of America. He ‘grew up’ in the industry at Lehman Brothers where the fast-paced business growth offered many different experiences for him to work in the U.S. and London.

Rob loves the outdoors so when not working can be found fishing for bass or skiing the east with his family.
