Global Head of Information Reporting and Tax Withholding , Interactive Brokers

Madhuri is Global Head of Information Reporting and Tax Withholding at Interactive Brokers LLC. Interactive Brokers is a global broker dealer with offices worldwide and over $12.7 billion in equity capital. In this role, Madhuri oversees US and international information reporting and tax withholding worldwide for all of IB’s locations.

Previously, Madhuri was the Director of Tax at Interactive Brokers when she joined in 2017. Prior to joining IB, she was at EY, DTCC and HarbourVest Partners in Boston.

Madhuri earned a BA, cum laude from Boston University, a JD from University of Arizona School of Law and a L.L.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
