Zachary Stoll

Legal Counsel – Cybersecurity | Intellectual Property & Emerging Technology, Barclays

Based in New York and New Jersey, Zach is a member of Barclays’ global Cybersecurity Legal team providing coverage to Barclays’ Group Chief Security Office. He also serves on Barclays’ Intellectual Property and Emerging Technology Legal team advising on issues related to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Barclays, Zach was an Associate in WilmerHale’s New York office where his practice focused on intellectual property disputes, FINRA arbitrations, and SEC investigations.
Zach received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
