Anthony Borino

Anthony Borino is currently a Vice President in the Corporate Actions division at Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the largest privately owned Transfer Agent in the US. In addition to orchestrating numerous reorganization events, including mergers and acquisitions and subscription and tender offers of varying scales, he actively helps oversee a team of project administrators. Anthony is also personally responsible for larger and more complex transactions where he collaborates one-on-one with other industry professionals to ensure a successful event.

Prior to working at Continental for the last 4 years, Anthony worked at Computershare for approximately 13 years as a Global Assets Product Specialist and Website Development Liaison within the Corporate Actions Department. Responsibilities included establishing system parameters, completion of ongoing and ad-hoc projects for various Corporate Actions business units, and overseeing the implementation of project results, including the development of training programs. Additionally, he coordinated project management of all website development efforts within Corporate Actions.
