John Lupton

John Lupton is an Assistant General Counsel at Vanguard with responsibility for regulatory enforcement matters and internal investigations.

John joined Vanguard in 2021 after practicing in the white collar and securities enforcement defense groups of firms in Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. John earned his A.B. and J.D. degrees from Georgetown. He lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and three boys.
