Kim Reilly

Kim Reilly is Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Raymond James Financial, where she represents the Firm in regulatory enforcement matters before FINRA, the SEC, and other regulatory bodies. She also leads internal investigations of matters involving potential violations of law and regulations. Before joining Raymond James in 2015, Kim practiced at law at Wilk Auslander in New York City, where she handled complex litigation and regulatory matters, including state, federal, and international litigation, arbitration, and governmental and regulatory investigations and proceedings. She has over 20 years of experience in industry-related regulatory enforcement, litigation, and internal investigation matters. A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Kim has a B.A. from William & Mary and an M.A. from University of Richmond. She is a member of the New York bar.
