Zachary Stone

Zach Stone is a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel in Truist’s Legal Department. Zach’s practice centers on macroprudential, supervisory and other bank regulatory matters.
Before joining Truist, Zach was an associate in the Financial Institutions Group at the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he advised financial institutions on a range of regulatory and transactional matters.
Zach received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, an M.S. in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.
