With nearly 20 dedicated years of class action experience, Tara is a key member of the Broadridge Global Class Action Broker Dealer team. Prior to joining Broadridge, Tara served as lead on hundreds of the largest, most complex securities and antitrust class actions at the leading global class action claims administrator. Specifically, Tara served as one of the lead administrators on such high profile cases as the $2.3B FX Antitrust case and the $300M GM Securities Litigation, as well as many other complex cases involving tens of millions to several billions of settlement dollars. Moreover, for many years, she served as the lead administrative contact for several of the largest and most active securities class action law firms.

Tara’s career has been distinguished by mastery of complex subject matter, exceptional responsiveness and high levels of client satisfaction. When she joined Broadridge, these skills positioned her well to be one of its most senior Class Action Client Advocates, where she manages global class action asset recovery for some of the world’s leading broker dealers and their customers. Tara also leads the Global Class Action Bank Broker Dealer Roundtable, comprised of leading BBDs who meet to discuss regulatory and litigation developments that impact global class action asset recovery programs.
