Adrian Kwok

Adrian Kwok is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company based in New York City. He is a leader in its Real Estate and People and Organizational Performance Practices. Adrian co-leads McKinsey’s research and client work on hybrid work and its associated impacts on real estate, employee experience, talent strategy and technology. In 2020 he led McKinsey’s earliest research on the rise of hybrid work post-pandemic (“The New Possible”) and since then has served dozens of clients across a range of industries on the topic, including financial services, healthcare, technology and consumer. He holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
