Marcie Mintz

Marcie Mintz is an Executive Director in the Legal and Compliance Department at Morgan Stanley and is a member of the Employment Law group for Wealth Management. Marcie advises and represents the Firm on the full range of legal issues arising out of the employment relationship, and also works closely with outside counsel on matters that go to arbitration. Marcie joined Morgan Stanley in 2009 as an Executive Director handling employment matters, as a result of a joint venture with Citigroup (Smith Barney), where she held a similar role for fourteen years. Prior to joining Citigroup, Marcie was an Assistant Attorney General in the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s office, and previously an attorney in private practice in New York City. Marcie graduated from University of Miami School of Law in 1983. Prior to law school, Marcie attended George Washington University, and graduated with honors in 1980.
