Adam Kennedy

Adam Kennedy is Head of Regulatory Exams, Branch Examinations, and Complex Products Supervision for Cetera Financial Group. Adam joined Cetera in November 2018 and served as the Deputy CCO for Cetera Advisors before taking on his current role. Prior to joining Cetera, Adam held multiple roles within Compliance, Legal, and Risk at LPL Financial. Adam earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.
