Alena has over 10 years of experience working in Finance, specifically within the US Broker & Swap Dealers. Her focus prioritizes accurate and efficient reporting, mitigating risks, and optimizing business usage. Alena has been heavily involved in various automation initiatives, new product implementation, and large transaction monitoring.

lena started her career at Barclays after graduating from Rutgers University. She is a member of the SIFMA leadership committee and actively involved in team building and knowledge activities.

Outside of the broker dealer world, Alena is passionate about fitness & nutrition, creating a healthier future.
