Alisha Nanda

Alisha Q. Nanda’s practice involves a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including securities class action defense, financial services and insurance. She has litigated in state and federal courts around the U.S. and represented corporations and individuals in matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She has advised companies from a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, technology, robotics, healthcare and insurance, among many others. Ms. Nanda serves on the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission, which advises the governor on candidates for judicial office. She also is global co-chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, a partner liaison for the firm’s Global Latinx Affinity Network and a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. Ms. Nanda earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served on the Harvard Law Review and graduated magna cum laude with her A.B. from Harvard University.
