Allison Rhodes

Allison Rhodes is Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Stephens Inc. with a primary focus of supporting its Private Client Group and Stephens Capital Management divisions. Allison provides counsel and leads firm initiatives related to product offerings, ERISA compliance, and investment advisory marketing. She also serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Stephens Investment Management Group, LLC, a registered investment advisor affiliate of Stephens Inc.

Prior to joining Stephens, Allison was in private practice as employment defense counsel. She continues to provide counsel to Stephens regarding employment matters. Allison obtained her B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law.
