Andrew Stemmer

Andrew Stemmer is Deutsche Bank’s Global General Counsel of Litigation & Regulatory Management. He is Chair of the 2025 SIFMA C&L Annual Seminar.

Previously, Andrew served as Deutsche Bank’s Head of Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement for the Americas, and a Director and Associate General Counsel. Andrew has been at Deutsche Bank since 2010, prior to which he was associated with the law firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he focused on securities, complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy.
