Angelo Evangelou

Mr. Evangelou is Chief Policy Officer for Cboe Global Markets, Inc. He leads the Public Policy
division of the firm, which is responsible for market structure advocacy, policy engagement with
stakeholders, as well as the corporate ESG program. He is a 24-year veteran of Cboe. Prior to
joining Cboe, he worked as an attorney at the Chicago Stock Exchange.
Mr. Evangelou is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received his J.D. from Boston
University. He is a resident of Chicago, IL.
