Anju Khurana

Anju Khurana is Senior Vice President and Chief Privacy & Data Counsel for U.S. Bank. She currently leads the Law Division’s Global Privacy & Data Legal team which provides legal guidance on Privacy, Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related issues. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, she was Head of Privacy for BNY Mellon where she was responsible for the development, implementation and governance of the global privacy program in the Americas. She has 20+ years of experience helping multinationals manage their privacy, cybersecurity, data and technology risks and has held senior legal, operational, product development and consulting roles focused on strategy, policy development, governance, regulatory change, business transformation and risk and compliance activities. Ms. Khurana has a BA from Carnegie Mellon University, J.D from Southwestern University School of Law and Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Paris II.
