Anna Leipsic
Based in New York, Anna Leipsic leads Barclays’ Intellectual Property and Data Privacy legal functions in the Americas, serving on Barclays’ global Cyber, Data and IP Legal team. Recently, Anna also has taken a leadership role in advising on issues relating to artificial intelligence. Prior to Barclays, Anna spent seven years at the IP law firm, Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, litigating IP infringement cases and negotiating license agreements for a variety of Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. She also practiced for several years on the capital markets and securities litigation teams at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York, and clerked for the late Hon. Harold Baer Jr., U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York. Hailing from the Midwest, Anna graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2006 and from Indiana University in 2000.
