Anne M. Greenhalgh is a distinguished member of the staff and faculty at The Wharton School, where she serves as part of the senior leadership team for the Anne and John McNulty Leadership Program. She also holds the role of Adjunct Professor of Management and is responsible for the design and delivery of WH1010: Business and You, the foundational course for all incoming students. Anne is a highly recognized educator, having been honored multiple times for her teaching excellence. She was once voted Best Lecturer in the Social Sciences by the entire student body at the University of Pennsylvania and, most recently, received the 2024 Wharton Teaching Excellence Award.  In addition to her teaching in the undergraduate program, Anne regularly leads sessions for Wharton’s Executive Education programs, including the Security Industry Institute (SII), the Management Development Program (MDP), and the Advanced Management Program (AMP), among others. For over a decade, she has anchored and co-hosted the show “Leadership in Action” on SXM Business Radio. Her research and publications reflect her deep commitment to leadership and management education, particularly at the undergraduate level.
