Anne Marie Palfrey
Anne Marie is the global legal coordinator for Cyber and the Americas head of Intellectual Property and Information Technology at Deutsche Bank. She advises management and boards of directors on laws and regulations regarding advocacy, compliance and implementation efforts impacting operations and technology. Anne Marie is responsible for the development and implementation of the legal risk strategy for all aspects of cyber-security, corporate security, information technology, intellectual property and outsourcing matters.
She leads a team of lawyers responsible for the structure, drafting and negotiation of a vast array of complex commercial agreements, including, outsourcing, SaaS, PaaS professional services, telecom and market data.
Anne Marie is the primary counsel for the firm’s FinTech initiatives and the development of innovation initiatives, strategic partnerships and participation in consortium engagements. She also is responsible for legal aspects of the firm’s location strategy, including the creation of nearshore, offshore and innovation centers.
In addition to serving as a member of the American, New York and New Jersey Bar Associations, she is a Deutsche Bank legal representative on The Clearing House and SIFMA committees.
Anne Marie is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
Anne Marie received her law degree from St. John’s University.
