Becky Catanese

Becky is the U.S. and Canadian Compliance Officer for Crypto.com. She joined in June 2021 and is responsible for managing regulatory and banking relationships, while developing a cryptocurrency compliance program including AML/CFT, sanctions, and consumer risk mitigation.

Before joining Crypto.com, Becky was the Senior Director of Compliance at Brex, a broker dealer start-up offering corporate cards and asset management accounts. Prior to this, she was the Global Head of Product Compliance at Western Union, and held operational compliance positions at Bank of the West and LaSalle Bank, N.A. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and is a certified compliance profession with ACAMS and the Canadian Securities Institute.
