Brian Weber

Brian Weber is currently a Senior Manager and People Leader within Charles Schwab’s Financial Crimes Risk Management program, overseeing a team of investigators dedicated to identifying, investigating, mitigating, and reporting on financial crimes across Schwab’s enterprises.

Prior to joining Schwab, Brian spent over 21 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Supervisory Special Agent and Associate Division Counsel. At FBI Headquarters in Washington DC, he managed complex financial crimes cases nationwide as a leader in the Financial Crimes Section. As Associate Division Counsel for the San Francisco FBI field office, he served as a member of the executive team, providing counsel to management, investigators, and staff. As Media and Private Sector Engagement Coordinator, Brian conducted public affairs outreach including television, radio, and social media interviews, and built key partnerships within Silicon Valley’s vital finance and tech industries. Prior to his tenure at the FBI, Brian prosecuted felony criminal cases as a cook County Assistant State’s Attorney in Chicago, Illinois.
