Bryan Weaver

Bryan Weaver is Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Fidelity Investments, where Bryan leads a team of lawyers focused on advancing Fidelity’s digital offerings. This includes advising Fidelity’s retail businesses and the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology, Fidelity’s in-house financial technology innovation group. Bryan also serves as Chief Legal Officer for Green Pier Fintech LLC and Digital Brokerage Services LLC, Fidelity’s affiliate digital clearing and introducing broker-dealers.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Bryan was Chief Compliance Officer and legal counsel for Cole Real Estate Investments and supervised consulting services for broker-dealers and investment advisors for Financial Registrations, Inc. Bryan began his career with FINRA as a member of the inaugural class of FINRA Examiner University.

Bryan holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law.
