Caroline D. Pham
Caroline D. Pham was sworn in as a Commissioner of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on April 14, 2022. She is a recognized leader in financial services compliance and regulatory strategy and policy, with deep expertise in derivatives, capital markets, and emerging issues like digital innovation. Prior to her appointment, Pham was a managing director at a large global bank and held various senior roles where she advised boards of directors, executive and senior management, policymakers, and regulators. She has held numerous leadership positions in professional, industry, and academic organizations and is a graduate of UCLA and the George Washington University Law School.
