Caroline Sullivan

Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller, Moody’s

Caroline Sullivan is the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller for Moody’s with responsibility for overseeing all global financial reporting activities, and tax, finance operations and finance technology functions.

Before joining Moody’s, she amassed a wealth of experience in various senior leadership roles across the financial services industry, including at Bank of America and Morgan Stanley.

Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in education from St. Patrick’s College, Dublin City University, and a master’s degree with a concentration in accounting from Seton Hall University. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Caroline is on the board of Financial Executives International (FEI) and she is currently the board chairperson.
