Managing Director, Head of Global Markets Regulatory Compliance Americas, Credit Agricole

Dan Dan is currently a Managing Director and Head of Global Markets Regulatory Compliance (GMRC) Americas at Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank. Dan Dan is responsible for managing the GMRC team in the Americas region, and for providing advice on Swap Dealer and Broker Dealer regulations.

Prior to Credit Agricole, Dan Dan was a Managing Director at the Bank of America, leading the Swap Dealer/Security-Based Swap Dealer Compliance & Operational Risk Enterprise Area of Coverage. Dan Dan also served as an Associate Director at the National Futures Association (NFA) where she assisted in developing the examination and oversight program for OTC Derivatives when the Dodd Frank Act became effective.

Dan Dan holds a bachelor degree in Finance from Pace University.
