Daniel Crozier

Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets Operations, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.

Dan Crozier is Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets Operations for U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. supporting the firm’s retail and institutional dealer businesses. Dan has been with USBI since 2010. He is based in Boston, having recently relocated from New York, but also spends considerable time in the firm’s St Paul and Charlotte offices. Dan started his career at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., and later led operations groups at Banc of America Securities and WaMu Capital Corp.

Dan is a member of the SIFMA’s Operations and Technology Steering Committee, the Operations Forum and a recent Chair of the Red Group-Operations Roundtable. Dan is also a former Chairman and board member of the Securities Operations Association of San Francisco. Dan holds licenses in Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 52, 53, 63 and 99. Dan has a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, CO.
