Danny Wang

Danny is an Audit & Assurance Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He serves as Audit & Assurance Leader for the Deloitte U.S. Chinese Services Group, providing critical support to the Chinese companies seeking to expand their presence in the US market.

Danny holds AICPA and CGMA license and has over 23 years of professional experience. He has led several audits of broker dealers, government securities dealers, fund complex and global audit of publicly traded companies where he focused on global audit coordination, SEC reporting and a variety of technical accounting topics.

Additionally, he is involved in leadership training programs, overseeing audit quality across Deloitte’s global network to ensure compliance with the standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Furthermore, as the Deloitte U.S. Chinese Services Group audit leader, Danny has extensive experience in helping clients understand the audit requirements, financial compliance, and cross-cultural business aspects of the U.S. market. He also has a profound understanding of the challenges and needs faced by investors from a Chinese and Asian background in the U.S. market. He provides suitable solutions to them and actively promotes communication and cooperation between Deloitte China and Deloitte U.S. in the field of audit and assurance services.
