Darrah Rafferty

Ms. Rafferty is Managing Director, Human Resources at SIFMA. Ms. Rafferty brings 17 years of experience in Human Resources and is responsible for the management of the Human Resources functions at SIFMA which include performance management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, payroll and benefits.

Prior to joining SIFMA, Ms. Rafferty held Human Resources positions with increasing levels of responsibility at Holtzbrinck Publishing Holdings, LLP, dELiA*s and Martin Progressive, LLC.

Ms. Rafferty received a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in public relations from the University of Delaware. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
