David Grey

Since joining Elixirr, David Grey has worked across geographies to help solve business challenges for a wide array of clients. He has experience in design thinking, business strategy, proposition development and strategic operating model design and implementation, among other core consulting competencies. David’s most recent project centered on creating the Climate and ESG strategy for a global reinsurance broker where he led multiple design thinking workshops to design a digital proposition for the client. Prior to joining Elixirr, David earned a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
