Deborah Barrett

Deborah H. Barrett is a consultant specializing in Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Cultural Competency and Team Effectiveness. Deb has focused on helping her clients develop stronger leadership through improved self-awareness, assessment, learning and development, and executive coaching.

Prior to become a consultant in 2010, Deb had a long and successful career with Procter & Gamble (P&G). She was a customer business development executive before becoming a human resources executive at P&G. In HR, she designed and executed P&G’s North America Diversity & Inclusion strategy for 55,000 employees. In her Leadership Development role, she improved P&G’s leadership programming in areas such as: Team Effectiveness, Diversity & Inclusion, executive coaching, succession planning, and intentional staffing. As a Customer Business Development leader, Deb had increasing levels of responsibility leading large multifunctional teams in grocery and drug trade channels in the US. Her general management experiences have provided her with a well-rounded and pragmatic approach to solving real-world business problems.

Deb has been a guest lecturer on various business topics at universities and professional conferences, and authored several featured articles on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Deb lives in Chester Springs, PA with her husband and they are adjusting to being empty nesters.
