Donald D. McBride is an Officer in Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale’s litigation department. Don joined Greensfelder in 2006 and currently serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Financial Services Industry Group, providing support and leadership to the attorneys that work with clients in the industry. During his 16 years of practice, he has primarily represented national and regional broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, and their associated persons and investment adviser representatives. A substantial part of his practice is representing clients in customer litigation matters, regulatory investigations, and compliance consulting. Don has been recognized by both Missouri Lawyers Media and Benchmark Litigation, and he received his law degree in 2006 and a B.S.B.A in economics in 2003, both from Saint Louis University.
