Donaldine Temple

Donaldine B. Temple is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Fondly referred to as “Donna” among family and friends, she is Assistant General Counsel and Executive Director in the Wealth and Investment Management Division at Wells Fargo Advisors. She advises the retail brokerage business on a broad range of areas including supervision, trading and sales practice, outside business activities and other regulatory matters. She also serves on several business, legal, compliance, and risk related working groups and committees. Prior to this role, she was an Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation where she advised on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the clearance and settlement of fixed income securities. Ms. Temple began her legal career at Sidley Austin LLP where she worked in the New York and London offices.
Ms. Temple received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts, and Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. She is affiliated with various non-profit organizations and professional associations. She is a member of the New York bar.
