Doug Wilber is the Chief Strategy Officer at Capacity, an AI-powered support automation platform. Wilber is an experienced AI and social media thought leader, skilled at guiding brands through digital transformation that preserves the authentic relationships core to many industries.

Previously, Wilber served as CEO of Denim Social, a leading provider of social media management software that empowers marketers in regulated industries to manage organic social media content and paid social media advertising on one platform. A financial services veteran, Wilber served in leadership roles with Assembly Payments, PYMNTS.com, Discover Financial Services and Market Platform Dynamics.

Outside of Denim Social, Doug is a member of the Investment Committee at SixThirty, a leading early-stage fintech venture fund and mentors numerous early-stage Fintechs. He holds a BS in Marketing and International Business and an MBA with a focus on product development and brand strategy from Penn State University.
