Eleonora Yonge

VP, Assistant General Counsel – Litigation and Arbitration , LPL Financial LLC

Eleonora Yonge is a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration group at LPL Financial. She is also a 2024 Fellow with the Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity.

In her role as in-house counsel, Ms. Yonge defends LPL and its affiliated financial professionals in arbitrations and civil litigations throughout the US. Her practice has included customer complaints, trust and estate disputes, expungement proceedings, tax proceedings, and civil litigations.

Prior to joining LPL in 2019, Ms. Yonge worked as a managing attorney in a boutique law firm in New York, focusing her practice on intellectual property, commercial and appellate litigation with a particular emphasis on copyright law. Before obtaining her law degree, Ms. Yonge worked as an associate at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc.’s Institutional Services Group, where she obtained her Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
