Enrique Martin

Enrique is a Principal in the EVS practice of KPMG US and has been with KPMG for 18 years. Enrique has extensive experience in the financial services industry and leads the financial services transfer pricing team for KPMG in the US.

Enrique advises Financial Services groups on transfer pricing with a particular focus on global policy design, cross border disputes with tax authorities and global documentation.

Enrique has extensive experience working with banking clients on a variety of issues including TP planning, attribution of profit to permanent establishments, TP implications of business re-structuring on the back of Brexit, interaction between transfer pricing and regulatory requirements, adapting TP models to BEPS guidance and supporting clients through disputes with tax authorities.

Enrique works closely with other functions in KPMG to serve financial services clients. This includes working with regulatory colleagues to help clients in the financial services sector adapt to new regulatory requirements, working together with FS VAT colleagues to provide holistic advice to clients and with advisory colleagues to advice on the implementation of transfer pricing policies.
