Eric Wells

Eric Wells is the Head of Digital Compliance at Fidelity Investments. In that role, he is responsible for managing technology focused compliance activities including Data, Privacy, Records, Social Media & eCommunications and Technology Management.

Having spent most of his career leading various technology functions, Eric transitioned into Compliance several years ago to establish the Digital Compliance group. He has been at Fidelity Investments for over 20 years.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Babson College.  He is based in the Boston area.
